I truly love baking and being in the kitchen.  There is something special about bringing joy to people through food.   I am a mostly self-taught baker and it is a dream come true to be able to share my passion with you!

Operating as a home bakery under the CT cottage food law, every order is custom made from scratch using only high quality ingredients. Every ingredient from vanilla extract to fresh eggs (right from our backyard!) are items I want used in a dessert for myself. I believe investing in the best ingredients possible makes all the difference in a good dessert and a wow!
